First, there is no contact information or tech support link, so I have to engage users here to see if there is a solution to my issue.
This app worked fine for a while, although I cant comment on its accuracy. Several months ago, it stopped displaying prices for any wine I looked at. I tested this further by scanning very common and readily available wines and got the same "sold out" response. For example, I scanned a Sean Minor Cab and got "sold out". Then I bought a case from my local wine purveyor. Sold out indeed.
I opened a new account (foolishly before reading comments here) and when I got the predictable email confirmation request, did confirm the account. Then I replied to that email with this issue, and Ill post back here if I get a response. In addition, I cant sign in to my account even though I got a confirmed receipt.
Maybe these folks need some technical support...
