The app is a great tool to learn about the wine before purchasing, I wont be without it in my shop.
I know nothing about wine and am rarely paying attention to remember what I tried. And anything I really like tends to impact my memory... who knows why (; this app is so easy to use and makes it so simple to log. Loved using it for a wine tour I did and can now go back and recall what I tasted and what I want to keep an eye out for in the future.
As someone mentioned, support is great. Super responsive. Recommend

Some bad moments

First, there is no contact information or tech support link, so I have to engage users here to see if there is a solution to my issue. This app worked fine for a while, although I cant comment on its accuracy. Several months ago, it stopped displaying prices for any wine I looked at. I tested this further by scanning very common and readily available wines and got the same "sold out" response. For example, I scanned a Sean Minor Cab and got "sold out". Then I bought a case from my local wine purveyor. Sold out indeed. I opened a new account (foolishly before reading comments here) and when I got the predictable email confirmation request, did confirm the account. Then I replied to that email with this issue, and Ill post back here if I get a response. In addition, I cant sign in to my account even though I got a confirmed receipt. Maybe these folks need some technical support...
I think I used to be able to manually override the identified wine and write in what the wine was. When Im requesting expert review Im not getting the correct wine identified anymore. My pictures are up close and clear. Send feedback button closes the app. Help
Good looking app; however, unlike other wine apps, users cannot share the location of a wine they share. This is crucial to wine lovers.
Id love to think I drink such "amazing high end wine" that makes it hard to find on this app but it is a failure 99/100 times. Ive tried to find the most pedestrian of wines and they never are found, when I request a review it never comes through. Drync isnt much better so we need an alternative to these two sad and pathetic apps.
After a couple of emails, I have heard nothing back from the team at Delectable.
I have been fairly outspoken about the flaws in Delectable. So I took a clear picture of a label and loaded it. It returned the correct producer yet ignored the vineyard designation, replacing it with something random. Even if the vintage is new it is an established brand and vineyard. Nothing I have submitted has been accurately described.
